Novarenthelle was created to provide a clean, professional identity around the work that transforms occupied, vacant, damaged, dated, or incomplete spaces into properties ready for their next use.
The idea
“Nova” points to what the work is really about: something new.
A turnover is a new tenant. A renovation is a new condition. A repair is a new chance to make a property function the way it should. Novarenthelle is built around that transition.
Founded by Nicholas Ross, the company is being developed around direct communication, clear expectations, hands-on execution, and long-term relationships with property managers, landlords, owners, and commercial clients.
